Professional with wide experience in shipping legal practice and recognized for his perception, Carbone has published articles on Maritime Law in various Brazilian and foreign legal journals and commercial magazines, namely Maritime Liens and Claims, by William Tetley, and Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, by Patrick Griggs. Internationally, Carbone has been recognized as one of Brazil's ‘leading lawyers’ in the area, in publications such as Chambers Latin America, The Legal 500 and Who's Who since their first editions.
